Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at activevelora.co@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or ordering the wrong item. Please review the sizing information and product details carefully before placing your order.

If your item qualifies for a refund, we will review your request and, once approved, issue the refund to your original payment method.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions if a return is required.
